I am/We are also aware that for Aadhaar OVD based KYC, my KYC request shall be validated against Aadhaar details. I/We hereby consent to sharing my/our masked Aadhaar card with readable QR code or my Aadhaar XML/Digi locker XML file, along with passcode and as applicable, with KRA and other Intermediaries with whom I have a business relationship for KYC purposes only. 4. I/We agree to receive the following documents in Electronic Mode. Also, a request is to be made to KLFS in case I/We wish to receive physical copies at the additional charge. · Annual Account Statement · Transaction cum Holding Statement · Annual Report · Rights and Obligations · Risk Disclosures · Guidance Note - Do's and Dont's for trading on the Exchange(s) for investors · Policies and Procedures Document · General Terms & Conditions governing securities trading and broking services · Investor Charter · Any other mandatory documents required Contract Note and Statement of Accounts in Electronic mode. 5. I/We wish to opt for Electronic delivery Instruction Slip (E-DIS) at the time of account opening. However, the physical DIS booklet should be issued to me/us on my/our request at any later date. 6. I agree that Kalpalabdhi Financials Private Limited may appoint Authorized Person, Direct Referrer Agent (DRA) or other agents for carrying out the acts mentioned in or in relation to rendering its services and for this purpose give my consent to share my account related information to the Direct Referrer Agent (DRA) or Authorized Person or agents for providing the services availed to me. 7. I agree to Avail Facility of Internet Trading & Mobile Trading, Receive dividend/interest directly in the client bank account, Receive credit in his/her account, Accept all pledge instructions in the client account without any further instruction from the client end 8. The client agrees that KLFS may appoint credit bureau for carrying out the acts mentioned in or in relation to rendering its services and hereby consent to share his account related information, reports issued by such credit bureau to any such parties for various Regulatory and other purposes except the Credit Information Report which will be shared with Kalpalabdhi Financials Private Limited only. 9. Kalpalabdhi Financials Private Limited will provide the DP statement as per the SEBI requirement. 10. Kalpalabdhi Financials Private Limited will share the email ID with the RTA and capture the default mode as electronic for receiving Annual reports. 11.
